March Real Estate Update Bill Copithorne Sweeney & O'Connell Real Estate

Hello All,

Based on recent Open House attendance the Spring Market is fast approaching, so if you are thinking of selling it’s time to start preparing your home for the market, if you are thinking of buying it’s time to make sure you have your mortgage pre-approval  and other financing matters in place. Whatever your plans are my team and I are here to help.

Based on what I am seeing and reading we are in for another very active Spring Market. Interest rate have come back down under 5%, Inventory levels are seeing a slight increase, but the driving force of supply and demand remains in place in our local market. Multiple Offers are still the norm. If you have questions or need help with any real estate related matters, please feel free to reach out to us.
