Sweeney & O'Connell's Fall Real Estate Update

Hello All,

Hope you all had a safe and Happy Halloween, it certainly was a nice night for it. As we enter November, we expect the market to cool down a bit as we get closer to the Holiday’s, but there is no sign of that yet, based on the activity I have seen at recent Open Houses that I have hosted. Rates remain very attractive and inventory remains low to moderate.

As always, if you or any of your friends or family have any real estate questions or needs, I’m here to help with honest and caring service.

Sweeney & O'Connell Real Estate June 2015 RE Update

    Hello All,

I hope you are all getting ready for some Summer fun and relaxation. After this hectic Spring Market I know I ‘m ready for a little time off.

As I mentioned the market has been very hectic with homes coming on the market and quickly going under agreement, a great market for selling. On the Buying side, Buyers are faced with a very competitive marketplace and need to be well prepared and represented by an experienced agent. As you all know I’m here to guide you whether you are Selling and/or Buying.
