Sweeney & O'Connell Real Estate is proud to be a Member of the Realty Guild

Sweeney & O'Connell Real Estate is proud to be a member of the Realty Guild.

From Cape Cod to Newburyport and from Back Bay to Amherst, the Realty Guild is an extensive network with 52 offices, 150 cities & towns served, 750 agents, and 1.75 billion dollars in annual sales.

Realty Guild offices are among the most respected and productive in New England.  Because all members are REALTORS, they follow a strict code of ethics; because they own and control their own businesses, they are free of corporate pressures; and because they are committed to their communities, they are responsive to your needs.

Realty Guild members are a select group of independent real estate offices not affliated with a franchise or chain.  Membership is exclusive, allowing only one office per city or town.

Choose an Independent Member of the Realty Guild

Because they are independent, members are able to provide you with the highest level of service without the restrictions that come from being micromanaged by "corporate headquarters."  Realty Guild members do not take a cookie cutter approach to real estate.  How your property is marketed depends on many things, such as location, price, and even the time of the year.  Independent Realty Guild members are able to customize their approach to your property.

You want your real estate office to be up-to-date on the latest sales techniques, regulations and internet marketing trends.  Realty Guild offices are trained by the best in the business.  The Realty Guild provides continuting education programs for sales associates throughout the year, monthly meetings for the broker/owners of our member firms, and special training for new agents.

Across the Commonwealth, look for the Realty Guild logo to find a professional and successful real estate company with an in-depth understanding of your community, and the real estate market as a whole.

Did you know that?

Realty Guild offices do more business per agent than most national franchises and chains in their town?  Don't always assume that the office with the largest number of agents is the "biggest."  Look for an office with agents that produce.  Are you better off working with an office that does $25 million/year with 30 agents or one that does $25 million/year with 10 agents?
