March Real Estate Update Bill Copithorne Sweeney & O'Connell Real Estate

      Hello All,

Based on recent Open House attendance the Spring Market is fast approaching, so if you are thinking of selling it’s time to start preparing your home for the market, if you are thinking of buying it’s time to make sure you have your mortgage pre-approval  and other financing matters in place. Whatever your plans are my team and I are here to help.

Based on what I am seeing and reading we are in for another very active Spring Market. Interest rate have come back down under 5%, Inventory levels are seeing a slight increase, but the driving force of supply and demand remains in place in our local market. Multiple Offers are still the norm. If you have questions or need help with any real estate related matters, please feel free to reach out to us.

January Real Estate News Arlington Sweeney & O'Connell

          Happy New Year!

Thanks to all my past, present and repeat clients 2018 was a great year, both professionally and personally. I reached my 40 year mark as a Realtor and was awarded Realtor Emeritus status from the National Association of Realtors.

The local market also hit new heights last year with prices continuing to rise at a rapid pace, for example we had 71 sales in Arlington over a million dollars in 2018. Although there is change in the air we expect the local market to remain robust as it continues to be fueled by demand outpacing supply for 2019.

As always, if you, a family member, friend or co-worker are thinking of Buying or Selling please be sure to keep me in mind.

            November Real Estate Update

To be brief, the market is still chugging along, still seeing multiple offers on most properties, mortgage rates are still low and inventory is decent depending on price range.

I currently have quite a few new construction homes available pre-construction if you or anyone you know is interested. We will be offering a pre-construction Buyer rebate for anyone buying direct from us.

I am also very excited to welcome Elizabeth Diggins to my team. Liz is very active around Town and looks forward to helping anyone looking to Buy or Sell.

Sweeney & O'Connell's Fall Real Estate Update

                  Hello All,

Hope you all had a safe and Happy Halloween, it certainly was a nice night for it. As we enter November, we expect the market to cool down a bit as we get closer to the Holiday’s, but there is no sign of that yet, based on the activity I have seen at recent Open Houses that I have hosted. Rates remain very attractive and inventory remains low to moderate.

As always, if you or any of your friends or family have any real estate questions or needs, I’m here to help with honest and caring service.
