November Real Estate Update
Hope you all remembered to set your clocks back this morning, it’s that time of year again. Please remember to change the batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, it could save your life!
To be brief, the market is still chugging along, still seeing multiple offers on most properties, mortgage rates are still low and inventory is decent depending on price range.
I currently have quite a few new construction homes available pre-construction if you or anyone you know is interested. We will be offering a pre-construction Buyer rebate for anyone buying direct from us.
I am also very excited to welcome Elizabeth Diggins to my team. Liz is very active around Town and looks forward to helping anyone looking to Buy or Sell.
